SAP Business One - Romanian localisation and implementation

Our company, AXEL SOFT, has been working with and implementing SAP Business One in Romania for three years. We developed an Add-On for localization and today we have 11 SAP Business One implementations. We work for Romanian subsidiaries of international companies: Bauer (Germany), Novartis (Switzerland). Since SAP Business One hasn't been localised in Romania, Bulgaria and Lebanon yet, we've started configuring and developing Add-ons for localisation:
- translation of documentation (into Romanian)
- User defined menus, Document type list, Print Layouts and Forms have been translated in Romanian
- localisation of accounting and financial configuration in order to be adapted to the Romanian and Bulgaria legislation rules
- creation of financial and fiscal reporting for Romanian legal reports
- VAT Group taxes have been configured so that all the Romanian legal VAT Reports are correct
- creation of AxelSAControls, a series of stand alone controls that resemble the interface in SBO for our DI Add-ons (see demo: http://www.axelsoft.info/site/axelSA.htm, but please wait few minutes for loading)

We've participated in 11 implementations of SAP Business One in Romania, Bulgaria and Lebanon mostly subsidiaries of foreign companies. Some of our implementation are in collaboration with the SAP Partner from the mother company: they do the specific business part of the implementation and we do the specific Romanian localisation. There are over 40 SBO licences in Romania implemented to different companies.

- K&LOG, a distribution company for OMV Romania that is only using the logistics part of SBO;

- One unit of the Romanian Military Army. In this implementation SBO was implemented also for the accounting and logistics parts and we've developed 3 more important Add-ons;

- Parmur, a group of Owens Corning USA, project in collaboration with ERT Integration France. In this project we were the subcontractors for ERT Integration, a SAP Partner from France that was the responsible of the implementation in Parmur. Our participation was in training the personnel and testing the configurations;

- BAUER Romania, Bulgaria and Lebanon, subsidiaries of BAUER AG Germany that is going to use the accounting and all the logistics from SBO;

- ACIS Romania, a subsidiary of ACIS Hungary. In this project our company is a subcontractor, looking into the localization part of the project, while their SAP Partner in Hungary is implementing the specific business add-ons and configurations.
